Try to exercise daily
Exercising daily improves your general health and also helps to improve sperm count. Excess exercising is not recommended. You can walk half an hour daily and choose an active lifetyle for your sperm cells. You may prefer walking instead of using your car as possible.
Try to sleep well and reduce stress
Try to reduce your stress by exercising, meditation, or just watching funny movies. Also lowering your stress level helps you to sleep well.
Control your weight, avoid obesity
Obesity is one of the causes of infertility in men. Choose a healthy diet, avoid fast food, fried food, saturated fats, trans fats to control your weight. Also healthy diet is important for your cardiovascular system. Healthy sperm cells and strong erection and ejaculation are related with healthy vascular system.
Smoking decreases your sperm count, quit smoking as soon as possible. Take help from your doctor to quit smoking.
Avoid drugs and limit alcohol
Drugs are very dangerous for sperm health and sperm count. Avoid drugs like marijuana or cocaine. Also excess alcohol consumption reduces sperm count and sperm quality. Limit your daily alcohol intake.
Be careful about medications
